Abstract


Objective: to study the glioma shortness of angiogenin 2 (angiopoietin2, Ang2) expression and angiogenesis. Methods: rt-pcr and 52 cases of brain glioma and SABC method Ang2 gene and protein expression in 8 cases of normal brain tissue; CD34 monoclonal antibody histochemical staining showed capillaries, microvascular count (MVC) is used to test the tumor angiogenesis. Result: 50 cases of brain glioma and 8 cases of normal brain tissue can express Ang2mRNA fragment. Ang2mRNA express with glioma angiogenesis was significantly positive correlation (r = 0. 821, P lt; 0 01); High degree of glioma Ang2mRNA and protein expression, MVC is significantly higher than low evil respectively degree of glioma (P lt; 0 01); Low degree of glioma Ang2mRNA and protein expression, MVC were significantly higher than normal brain tissue (P lt; 0 05). Immunohistochemical staining showed that Ang2 proteins are mainly distributed in the high degree of evil glioma tissues of tumor cells and endothelial cells, low degree of evil glioma is low level expression of normal brain tissue is not expressed.
