Abstract


Dispatch of China's socialist market economy and the development process to form a new phenomenon in the new knowledge economy is a manifestation of the division of labor. Dispatch of institutions and personnel system reform provides a new way to solve the employment problem and provides a new model to improve the overall efficiency of business unit management, dispatch personnel to broaden employment channels to ease employment pressure on society to promote human resources so has a special role and unique advantage.
