Abstract


Since China carrying out family planning basic state policy since, have achieved remarkable results. After seeing the results at the same time, we also cannot ignore it was to control the rapid population growth for the main purpose of the family planning policy to the negative factors, such as rural part under the one-child family did not rich instead become the new disadvantaged groups.
