Abstract


With the in-depth development of China 's social and economic reform and political reform , urban community construction work gradually expand . In order to better serve the community residents , and promote the building of a harmonious community development , and the need to build a high-quality , high level of community workers . After continuous efforts , our urban community workers to grow and develop , becoming more and more reasonable structure of the community workers , community workers can provide services more specialization and diversification . But because of the social, historical and other factors , China's urban community workers building there are also many problems , the main problems: inadequate protection of the funds for construction of the community workers , the overall quality of the actual work of the workers there is a larger gap , community workers and management are not standardized . In order to better promote the construction and development of our urban community workers , need to continue to expand the sources of funds , and to protect the community treatment staff welfare ; community workers to promote the professionalization and specialization , strengthen education and training of workers ; establish and improve policies and regulations, strengthen supervision and management of community workers , in order to meet the urban residents increasingly complex , diverse service needs of community workers to promote our city better , faster and more healthy development .
