Abstract

Background and Purpose In recent years, studies have found that severe burns early existence of the phenomenon of \Because of the special importance of the heart , damage not only can cause heart failure , and can induce or aggravate burn shock , is an important reason and start one of the factors that lead to other tissues and organs of the body hypoxic-ischemic damage and dysfunction . Therefore , burn prevention of myocardial injury after an extremely important theoretical and clinical significance . Uncontrolled inflammatory reaction is shock the heart in the pathogenesis of inflammatory factors is an important factor , a clinical no effective method . The ulinastatin ( ulinastatin UTI ) is isolated and purified from the urine of male urinary trypsin inhibitor used in acute and chronic recurrent pancreatitis and post-traumatic shock, serious infections caused by acute circulatory failure assisted rescue with some success . Clinical research is still in its infancy , Ulinastatin burns after myocardial injury control ( protection ) , there is no research in this area . In this study, the method of combining clinical studies and animal experiments , to investigate the Ulinastatin effect and mechanism of prevention and treatment of burn shock heart \. Materials and methods , animal experiments healthy SD rats 72 , weight ( 230 ± 20 ) g , male or female , were randomly divided into two groups: simple burn group ( group B , n = 36 ) ; Ulinastatin treated ( U group , n = 36 ) . Each group was divided into burns and burns at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 h after 6 time points , six animals in each group at each time point . Simply burn group (B ) Preparation of model : the burn models prepared by the conventional method : 1% different anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of sodium pentobarbital ( 40mg/kg body weight ) 30% of its surface area and , according to the body weight of rats , back Shaving , Shaving placed in a 98 ° C water bath for 18 seconds , resulting in a 30 % TBSA Ⅲ ° burns ( biopsy confirmed ) . Scald the Parkland formula ( 4.0ml/kg/1 % burn area ) after intraperitoneal injection of isotonic saline anti-shock, immediately after the injury and after injury 4h injected 24h half of the total , 8, 12, 16, 20 h after injury injected into the other half . Burns animals were housed with free access to water , eating . Ulinastatin treatment group ( U group ) above method to burn models , burns , immediate intraperitoneal injection Ulinastatin
