Simulation robot is a real shape appearance , language , action, and the ability to communicate with people mechatronic systems . Simulation robot control system is simulated on the basis of the robot mechanical mechanism , designed to meet the robot simulation and control the target operation is performed robot simulation program , the robot simulation represents a control system of the brain . This article focus on how to build simulation robot control system and how well it runs carried out substantive research work. First , a clear control of the robot control system simulation purposes and requirements , system configuration , hardware and software platforms . Secondly , constructed simulation robot voice systems, including its speech synthesis , speech recognition into two parts after they are applied to the simulation of the robot control system. Then, to design and build a robot control system hardware circuit simulation , including the DC motor drive circuit , brushless DC motor drive circuit , servo controllers , high-power relay drive circuit. Finally, according to the simulation robot control system control tasks and control requirements launched a specific software design, including upper and lower computer communication protocol between the simulation with the actual situation of each robot to match the contents of the execution status and execution , simulation, each robot an operation unit and a sub operation unit and the like .
