Abstract


Objective: to study the serum basal follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and clomiphene excited experiment (CCT) predict the value of the ovarian reserve function in patients with infertility. Methods: 45 cases of infertile women menstrual basis serum FSH level 3 day, 5 ~ 9 days of oral clomiphene (CC) 100 mg/d, on the 10th day to determine serum FSH level, B ultrasonic monitoring of follicular and pregnancies. Comparison of CCT is normal and abnormal clinical pregnancy rate and ovarian reserve of FSH levels. Results: compared with the CCT was abnormal, normal CCTS clinical pregnancy rate increased significantly (P < 0.05), and serum FSH < base rather than 15 iu/L based on serum FSH or 15 iu/L ovarian response defective rate increased significantly (P < 0.05), the number advantage follicles (P < 0.05) and clinical pregnancy rate (P < 0.05) were significantly reduced. Conclusion: basic level of FSH and screening of CCTS predicting ovarian reserve function with high value, can increase pregnancy rate.
