Abstract


Objective: To test alcohol gavage establish ALD rat model , and the use of selective COX-2 inhibitor celecoxib (Celecoxib) gavage , observation of COX-2 expression in the liver tissue condition and plug celecoxib rat liver alcoholic liver injury , combined with biochemical and liver pathological examination of COX-2 and its role inhibitors in alcoholic liver injury , of selective COX-2 inhibitors in the prevention of ALD onset process the role of application plug celecoxib provide a theoretical basis for the fight against the disease . Methods: 30 healthy male Wistar rats , weighing 150-200g, domesticated after a week of normal diet were randomly divided into three groups : the model group and the treatment group were given alcohol (5-9g · kg -1 · d -1 ) gavage rats, the plus of Celecoxib ( 20mg · kg -1 d -1 < / sup >) orally , the establishment of additional The control group without any treatment.
