Abstract


Objective: supporting cells (Sertoli cell) is an important function of the cell in the testis , in addition to support from spermatogenic cells and the role of nutrition , Sertoli cells also secrete androgen binding protein (ABP), inhibiting hormone ( INH ) , activated hormone (ACT) and other factors , the formation and to maintain conducive microenvironment spermatogenesis . An increasing number of studies have shown that Sertoli cells secrete inhibin B (INH B) the best evaluation sperm endocrine markers . Wolfberry , Astragalus is a traditional precious Chinese herbal medicines , the drug has long been the motherland medicine for kidney Qi , has a role in the protection of testicular function , used to treat and improve male reproductive function . Wolfberry and Astragalus reproductive function reported , but only to the organization morphological research . Therefore, we hope that both testicular Sertoli cell function and wolfberry , Astragalus together to study traditional Chinese medicine from a cellular and molecular level , the role of spermatogenic function , looking for a new idea for the study of the regulation of male reproductive function . This study intends rat testicular Sertoli cells isolated and cultured in vitro expression using immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR and other methods to detect the hormone secreted by Sertoli cells and spermatogenesis -INH observe wolfberry polysaccharide extract , astragalus and the two-drug combination of Sertoli cell proliferation and synthesis INH function ( composed Qi Qi mixture ) , provide the basis of experimental evidence for the regulation of its mechanism of Graduate spermatogenic function .
