Abstract


In modern linguistics as a subject before the birth of Humboldt (Yao Xiaoping, 1995:135) proposed that every language contains a unique view of the world and cultural outlook. Sapir and Wolf also speak a foreign language means that the conversion of the cultural perspective. Language and culture are inseparable, learning a language means to adapt and learned the culture of the existence of this language, which means that the process of language acquisition must be accompanied by a process of cultural acquisition. 1980s, the rise in the country's culture heat also caused contention and discussion of the language and culture teaching field. Today, in the course of discussion, people are at least two questions form a consensus: First, the language and culture are inseparable; cultural teaching has an important position in the foreign language teaching. A focus of current research and debate how culture teaching in foreign language teaching. Of this problem at home and abroad are divergent views. To fundamentally solve this problem, we must first establish its theoretical basis, and must find the answers to two key basic theoretical issues: the second culture acquisition Acquirers who lies and what kind of process; second culture how the dynamic relationship between acquisition and second language acquisition. Cultural anthropology, developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, and sociology, intercultural communication, second language acquisition and other disciplines related research provides the inspiration for the study of the above two issues and theoretical basis. Second culture acquisition is different from the process of second language acquisition: Second Language Acquisition in the original language system based on the development of a fully independent new language system; second culture acquisition expansion and change of an existing system rather than the development of a completely new system with the original culture system.
