Abstract


The IT adoption main three factors: technology, organization and environment. These two dimensions of technology and environmental business managers can not control, is relatively objective factors. This dimension of the organization, might well play a decided role to the success of the entire IT adoption. The same information technology has been widely accepted in some companies, but in some enterprises (such as competitors in the enterprise) implementation has been many obstacles. Which factors or characteristics whether organizations can promote individual users of information systems to accept or reject an IT? Organization itself by which efforts to overcome the obstacles in the process of technology adoption? Organization's attitude and behavior of user adoption behavior may bring the power weight more impact? enterprise how to trade-offs? individual IT adoption of TAM classic model based on the organizational level factors, from an organizational attitude, organizational behavior, organizational communication behavior point of view, establish organizational information universally applicable model of technology adoption influencing factors, the organization of the IT adoption of various efforts, as an external variable analysis with sufficient theoretical basis, supplement and perfect the TAM model to some extent. At the same time, choose the Enterprise 2.0 era to the more widely used within the enterprise BBS system as a specific application of the technology, not only can well meet the requirements of the study, and the platform can play a positive role in strengthening the organizations internal communication and feelings of construction a good internal staff interactive technology platform. Meanwhile, BBS as a technical microcosm of Enterprise 2.0, research it adopted the current situation in the organization, and hope that through our research found that organizational factors that impact information technology is adopted by individuals in the organization, to help the organization to better promote information technology in organizations in the promotion of the adoption of practical significance and guiding role. Statistical analysis of the data of this study uses empirical methods and structural equation to verify the validity of the model assumptions. In this study, the the TAM model based on established attitudes and behavior of the organization, especially the organization's communication behavior of IT adoption model, has a strong application value. Research findings will be able to guide the enterprises to recognize itself in the information technology in the adoption process from the organizational level, behavioral disorders, to avoid bad behavior and establish a good specification help organizations to invest in information systems, implementation and operation of the process of organizational behavior and communication aspects of efforts reduce the risk of information systems implementation and operation of the process from all aspects of the organization, quickly achieve the stated objectives of the enterprise to improve the success rate of information systems to enhance the level of information of Chinese enterprises, and contribute to the achievement of the national development strategy for information technology to stimulate industrialization.
