Abstract


In the process of industrialization of human society , particle measurement technology in industrial production, life and other aspects of environmental governance have become increasingly evident , the market demand continues to expand . Social industrialization process of the particles measured increasing demands put forward , which is the driving force behind the development of particle sizing techniques . FCCU petrochemical industry typically installed gas turbine , the purpose is to improve the energy efficiency of catalytic cracking unit . Gas turbine working medium is discharged three rotary separator temperature flue gas containing catalyst particles , when the catalyst particles containing high temperature gas turbine blade erosion smoke , it will affect the safe operation of the gas turbine and service life . Timely analysis to determine the gas turbine blade erosion conditions , to ensure the safe operation of the gas turbine , the need for flue gas concentration and the particle size of the catalyst particles to be monitored. Meanwhile, the multiple sets of catalytic cracking unit , through the network monitoring information of these devices in a single platform , the management monitors can provide more accurate and effective data. The topics in the existing particulate monitor hardware , based on the development of debugging accurate, convenient and intuitive query and run stable and reliable software applications . Site developed laser-assisted debugging software and hardware , greatly improving the system when the initial commissioning of laser alignment efficiency and accuracy. Meanwhile, in the enterprise network network platform constructed catalyst particles online monitoring system, enabling managers through the corporate network will be able to obtain accurate and timely and full implementation of FCCU operating state control .
