Abstract


In the past thirty years , the economy of Republic of Korea have made a rapid development. The state enterprise made a important action of private enterprise ,some state enterprise have changed into private enterprise .But in the other department of state enterprise , the state enterprise also hold a important place . The state enterprise of Republic of Korea have many differences with the state enterprise of China . But also have the same . So China can draw lessons from the research and summarize of the state enterprise of Republic of Korea .In the first chapter , we review the history of the state enterprise of Republic of Korea . In the first place , we suggest the course of change of development of the state enterprise of Republic of Korea .In the second chapter , we suggest the action and position of state enterprise of Republic of Korea in the national economy of Republic of Korea . In the work , we say that the state enterprise of Republic of Korea have the relation with the total diplomacy of development of the national economy of Republic of Korea . But the state enterprise of Republic of Korea have more limit than private enterprise of Republic of Korea . For this reason , the state enterprise of Republic of Korea have the necessary to reform .In the third chapter , we discuss the reform of state enterprise of Republic of Korea clearly . We use the large history facts and data todiscuss the reform of management function and privatization of the state enterprise of Republic of Korea . In the work , we also list the facts of privatization to make the research clearly .Except the discuss of reform of the state enterprise of Republic of Korea , we also discuss the future development of the state enterprise of Republic of Korea . After financial crises , the state enterprise have a important affect .In the forth chapter , we discuss the revelation and future development of the reform of the state enterprise of Republic of Korea , especially the privatization have turned into the trend .
