Abstract


China is a large agricultural country, despite the rapid development of science and technology in recent years , but the economy as well as other aspects of science and technology ranking visits, our country is still a developing country . China has 1.3 billion people, of which there are more than eight hundred million agricultural population , the daily life of the people concerned about the party and the government 's top priority . Only farmers to achieve a well-off , well-off China to fully implement . Study of advanced agricultural science and technology is the key to development and progress of agriculture , advanced agricultural technology must work through the promotion of agricultural technology to be realized , so the promotion of agricultural technology in the current agricultural work in a very important position. In this paper, foreign agricultural technology popularization system of this proposition , part of the research work carried out in the research work , the reference a lot about the United States , Canada , the European Union , Thailand and other agricultural extension work done better country ( region ) of agricultural extension information , key analysis Aomori Japan agricultural Extension condition and combined with my work in the agricultural system more than ten years of experience , the use of comparison , summarizing, synthesizing and other methods, the province of the current agricultural extension work and the future direction of reform put forward their point of view. Namely to increase funding for agriculture extension ; agricultural extension agencies for radical reform ; establishment of various organizations of rural residents will turn to these organizations to promote the object ; technology promotion will be simply integrated into the agricultural extension ; actively promote the advantages of agricultural products industrial belt construction, build brand characteristics of agricultural products in our province ; make full use of WTO rules on the province to reduce the impact of international agricultural and actively help the province of agricultural enterprises into the international market.
