Abstract


Objective To observe the hirudin on lipid -induced activation of macrophages leading to the proliferation of mesangial cell proliferation and extracellular matrix , explore hirudin anti nephrosclerosis role . Rat peritoneal macrophages and its culture supernatant , as well as by the oxidation of low - density lipoprotein -induced activation of macrophages and their culture supernatant with rat mesangial cells co-cultured with hirudin to intervene , tetrazolium salt (MTT) assay , flow cytometry were co-cultured mesangial cells under the conditions ; detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and activated macrophages co-culture Department of the film cells FNmRNA expression under conditions of semi-quantitative RT-PCR results using the Bio-Rad gel image analysis system hirudin intervention .
