Abstract


Corporate restructuring as the company within the judicial rescue means , about the plight of the company to save the special regime , is the focus of China's current reform of the bankruptcy law and theoretical research . On this basis , many scholars from the system level, the company restructuring done a lot of research . This article is on this premise , starting from the micro-level concrete research company reorganization system where the core and essence of - corporate restructuring plan procedural issues in order for our company reorganization system constructed to provide little useful help . In addition to preface , is divided into six chapters, main content are summarized as follows : the preamble elaborated motivation and study of the writing of this article . Chapter theoretical basis and features of the company restructuring plan : This chapter is divided into two . First expounded the theory lies of the company's restructuring plan , based on the company's restructuring plan program research focuses on the theory guiding significance ; second section describes the characteristics of the company restructuring plan , from the general description of the properties of the object of this study . The second chapter of the company restructuring plan put forward : This chapter is divided into two .
