PAI -1 , t - PA activity the purpose of the first part of the polycystic ovary syndrome blood fibrinolytic capacity : about PCOS patients than normal controls whether low. Methods: 20 cases of the control group , 35 cases of the study group (PCOS patients ) , respectively blood check tissue plasminogen activator ( t - PA) , plasminogen activator inhibitor- 1 (PAI-1) activity , understanding PCOS patients fibrinolytic capacity . Results : the PCOS group of blood insulin ( INS ) , tissue plasminogen activator ( t - PA) , plasminogen activator inhibitor- 1 (PAI-1) levels were of 19.28 ± 10.50mU / L , 0.21 ± 0.04KU / L, 0.86 ± 0.05AU/ml, serum INS of the control group , t - PA , PAI -1 , respectively of 8.12 ± 3.77mU / L the 0.32 ± 0.04KU / L 0.70 ± 0.09AU/ml . Serum INS compared with the control group , the study group , t - PA , PAI - 1 levels are significantly different (P lt; 0.05) Conclusion : fibrinolytic capacity of PCOS patients than normal controls fell .
