Abstract


In 1972 to achieve normalization of diplomatic relations, along with the changes in the international situation and domestic political change in Japan, the Japanese continue to adjust its China policy, Sino-Japanese relations in the twists and turns, especially after the Cold War, in a turbulent world situation and restructuring of the transition period, countries are on the national strategies to be adjusted. After the end of the Cold War, the Japanese have appeared in various official and private research group, on Japan's future strategy proposes various policy report. Such as the late 1990s, the Japanese Foreign Ministry set up \January 18, 2000, the then Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi's advisory body, \Century \November 28, 2002, Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's advisory body \on the current and future basic principle of the Japanese diplomatic strategy and implementation plan put forward specific proposals.
