[ Objective ] by observing the type Ⅰ hypersensitivity associated with the biological activity of the media - whether histamine in rabbit liver injury, further proof type Ⅰ hypersensitivity in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B pathogenic role . [ Method ] ① Group: Select 34 rabbits were randomly divided into control group, experimental group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ and group of four treatment groups ; ② control group was fed a normal diet , the experimental group Ⅰ in the normal diet at the same time every day give ear vein injection of histamine phosphate 0.2ml/kg injection, group Ⅱ in the normal diet at the same time every day to give 0.4ml/kg ear vein injection of histamine phosphate injection , the treatment group , while in the normal diet given daily 0.2ml / kg intravenous injection of histamine phosphate ear injection plus antihistamine ( chlorpheniramine ) treatment ; ③ dynamic observation of these four groups was observed in serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and serum aspartate transaminase (GOT) change ; ④ use more than four optical microscope pathological changes in liver tissue . [ Results] ① either experimental or experimental group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, after a period of observation, found that serum GPT and GOT levels were significantly higher (P lt; 0.01), but Ⅰ, Ⅱ groups was not statistically significant difference (P gt; 0.05); ② after treatment, GPT and GOT values ??although slightly elevated , compared with the control group had no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), but the experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ there significant difference (P lt; 0.01); ③ experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ under a microscope , the liver damage and have varying pathological changes , and the experimental group Ⅱ damage and change is greater than experimental group Ⅰ , while the control and treatment groups had no significant pathological liver changes . [ Conclusion ] ① histamine on rabbit liver does have some injury, and with the increase in the administered dose and
