Abstract


Since the Industrial Revolution , the world city has gone through a half- century of development , urbanization theory intensified research and diversification . Which suburbanization as urban development stage , this theory has been accepted by most people . Suburbanization has become a common phenomenon in the development of world cities . Low-rise residential its close to nature, conducive to exchanges , is different from the urban high-rise or high-rise buildings has become a suburban residential architectural forms . Papers from the construction status of suburban low-rise living group to explore how to balance the dual role of natural factors and human factors in the rural environment, planning and design of low-rise high - density living group , starting from the residential planning the layout and space environment , to solve the housing cordial comfort with urban land tensions contradictions , applying appropriate architectural language to create the sound development of the living environment , in order to realize the coordinated development of the people and the environment .
