Abstract


With the rapid development of modern information science and technology , especially the rapid development of computer technology, network technology , communication technology and automation technology , office automation (OffiCeAutomation, OA) on the technology and applications have been a higher level of development , while is also an important part of the modern enterprise information construction . Through the introduction of office automation technology development and the development of technology , the application of B / S three-tier architecture using J2EE ( Java 2 Platform , Enterprise Edition ) technology for the development of the platform , the design and implementation of the ATC for enterprise-class applications fixed asset management system . The system , discusses the asset management of the air traffic control system the user needs analysis , overall structure design and database design using the MVC design pattern , Struts framework as a logical framework as the presentation layer , Spring , Hibernate for data persistence in J2EE based on WebService technology achieve. The system includes five modules , personal work platform , asset information platform , fixed asset management platform , intangible asset management platform , system management module procurement application module , and encoding rules introduced the requisition and fixed assets in the purchase requisition module confirm and improve the relevant program flow ; online approval module , through the establishment of two models : the shared model and transfer model to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each model , and mixed model based on actual demand ; system management module user and role management , user management , role management , role permissions management , user role assignment , and realized : add and delete functions , a different role permissions realization . Conclude the work of this paper , the prospects for the development and application of office automation system based on the corporate sector prospects , noting that the full development of the fixed assets management system , fixed asset management and office automation , promote enterprise fixed assets management of office automation process is of great significance .
