Abstract


For a long time, the administrative confirmation in a strange position in the theoretical study of China 's administrative law have some basic of a large number of administrative law textbooks for administrative confirmation , but is very rare books and papers on administrative confirmed , for administrative confirmation specialized research is still in a fledgling stage . In fact , the administrative confirmed as an important administrative legal acts in our country plays an important role. However, this system in our country is still not perfect . The weak theoretical research is bound to affect the construction of the system of administrative confirm . Therefore, a detailed summary of some of the basic problems of administrative confirmed and combing is the administrative confirmation system construction should first solve the problem . The paper uses empirical and comparative analysis surrounding the administrative confirm the concept of the central issues , contact with the distinction between administrative confirmation of the concept , the nature, characteristics , scope , form and effectiveness as well as administrative confirmation and administrative licensing . For the definition of the nature of the administrative confirmation , the administrative confirmation in the form of typed and administrative confirm the effectiveness of the solution of the conflict to put forward their own views . By the above analysis to explore , in a bid to further improve the system , under the framework of the rule of law and the administration of existing administrative confirm .
