Abstract


This paper is divided into three parts , elaborated on China's current law of succession as amended by: a , section on statutory succession , in order to protect Grandchildren child's inheritance rights , should revise the existing subrogation inheritance system , to take solid right to say ; Cancel \widowed daughter of grandparents , widowed son on her parents to their parents , be regarded as successors first in order , \Second, on the part of intestate succession , wills should restrict the principle of freedom in our country should establish the system of legal ; perfect testament to revoke the recording wills, notarial will cancel the highest legal effect. In addition , it should be valid for oral wills and wills signet scrivener without legal effect and other issues clearly stated. Third, on the processing part of the estate should be unconditional abolition of the existing limited inheritance system , an infinite succession to the principle of conditional define inheritance and renounced his inheritance to supplement .
