Abstract


This paper analyzes the the rain situation moisture analysis system technology , combined with the Water Resources Department of Henan Province of rainfall moisture analysis system construction projects of rainfall moisture analysis system analysis and design and functions are discussed . The rain situation moisture analysis system is timely and accurate grasp of the province of rainfall and irrigation and drought situation and to promote scientific and rapid response capability of the practical problems of flood control and drought relief decision-making in order to solve the Henan Province Flood Control and Drought Hydrological business work at all levels of decision-making departments and decision-makers research and development . Distribution characteristics of rivers , water , district rainfall site location based on the information of rainfall and regional ( basin ) , the rules grid modeling and weighted average interpolation analysis method , an objective analysis of the horizontal distribution of the physical field , to solve technical issues of a geographic information system contour cusp , cross , intersect and distortion . Object-oriented software engineering methods , the use of J2EE development platform and SVG technology to solve problems in the B / S mode automatically generated rainfall contour , iso-surface and storm enveloped the area . System with statistics analysis, calculation of arbitrary or fixed area and total precipitation , drought analysis, calculation of any or fixed area and total precipitation . Database data extraction, analysis, display, drawings and line , Web publishing browser , the browser directly generate a contour map features such as integration , so that the organic combination of accuracy , authenticity, aesthetics and practicality , rainfall, soil moisture information analysis services automation .
