Interactive Voice Response ( Ineractive Voice Response IVR ) call center is responsible for interacting with the customer to complete the self-service equipment . Traditional IVR systems to touch-tone - based business processes using custom scripting language description . This solution exists scripting language can not be unified , can not be closely integrated with the Web service , products uncompetitive and other shortcomings . With the development of speech technology , human-machine voice interaction will be the inevitable trend of development of IVR technology . Voice Extensible Markup Language (Voice eXtensible Markup Language, VoiceXML) is a Web-based markup language used to describe people and computers have a voice conversation , the markup language used to describe the voice process . In this paper , on the basis of the traditional IVR technology research , using VoiceXML solutions , using speech synthesis technology, voice recognition technology to complete the research and implementation of VoiceXML-based voice intelligent interactive platform . Voice intelligent interactive platform as a standard scripting language VoiceXML browser and telephone to interact with and support speech synthesis, speech recognition feature . Voice intelligent interactive platform in open source project OpenVXI , based on the integration of speech synthesis engine , speech recognition engine to complete the the VoiceXML analytical and voice systems interface design and development , makes machine voice interaction . Voice intelligent interactive platform defines a subset of VoiceXML tags satisfy the present needs of the project , and using MSXML explain the subset Analytical the smart interactive platform to realize the navigation function and the service function . Intelligent interactive platform service functions can be customized service according to different application requirements , and completed the intelligence services under the proposed intelligent strategy . Finally, the design of a test case , test intelligent interactive platform .
