Abstract


In the context of economic globalization, international trade and international investment presents an unprecedented close contact. As the world's largest international trade organizations - the World Trade Organization (WTO), its institutional investment agreements under international investment law will also be an important impact. Given the close relationship between trade and investment, WTO agreements are with a lot of investment has a direct or indirect relation to its investment protection, and improve investment treatment and achieving global investment liberalization has made a major effort. On TRIMs, GATs and brewing in the multilateral agreement on investment research, will know that the WTO on international investment law has been and will be the impact. Therefore, WTO law and international investment relations as well as the development trend of international investment law practice to become a modern look to answer an important legal issue. This paper attempts to WTO Agreements investment law perspective on these issues for preliminary discussions.
