Abstract


With the rapid development of China 's economy and the city's residential district to become the mainstream way of living , residential property management system generated for the current needs of the status quo of society . Computer management of residential property management system is of great significance to standardize the cell management business , improve the management level and efficiency . The system uses software engineering principles to the development of the system , developed mainly two aspects , including the establishment and maintenance of the database and front-end application development , residential property management information database creation and collection of various fees , statistics, summary. The system can achieve the following functions: system login : user login , change passwords , add users to exit the system . Basic information: information management including household information and property information . Property Management: property, facilities , instrumentation data , parking management , charge management , residents complained household repair management , facilities maintenance and management . Data Report statistics : property, facilities , instrumentation data statistics , toll statistics , households complaint statistics , household repair statistics , facilities maintenance statistics . Change the past, residential property management process manual mode through the application of the material management system to improve the efficiency of the residential property management , played a good social effect and economic benefits .
