Abstract


Rapid technological development led to competition among enterprises has mainly into the competition for talent . How selecting qualified for jobs that require talent , assessing the competence of the personnel in the existing positions is a key corporate human resources management . This article the concept of competence for entrepreneurs from positions of theoretical and practical talents of competence evaluation methods . The first part of this article introduces the status quo and development trend of the technology talent assessment , talent assessment evolution , and in accordance with the process of the development trend of talent assessment from different angles of the ancient and modern ; second part describes the common types of evaluation , methods and theory evaluation , mainly to introduce evaluation methods ; the third part analyzes the problems of corporate talent assessment , and do in-depth analysis on the causes , some improvements ; fourth part of this article focus on post competency evaluation enterprise , Hubei the gold Three Gorges Printing Co., Ltd. , for example , the management staff positions for the four grades job competency assessment to evaluate the competence of existing staff positions and to find the gap with the requirements of the posts , and suggest improvements. In this paper, the conclusions of the evaluation of qualitative indicators can be transformed into quantitative indicators , quantitative evaluation results ; pointed out that as the business of the importance of human resource management , talent assessment is bound to get more and better applications in the enterprise .
