Abstract


As technology and management becoming more and more complex and multidimensional , especially wide application of Internet technologies, people’s concept towards problem cognition and settlement has also been unconsciously transferred from point linearity mode to surface and multidimensional space mode. Meanwhile, management concept also transfers from portrait to landscape orientation. Since landscape orientation thought has become a focus and a new pursuit in international management and enterprises, supply chain management is such a typical example.Enterprises with innovative products can also benefit from supply chain management. Innovative products are kinds of products, which are different from the functional products. They are always high costs in designing and manufacture, and hard to forecast the need in market.In this new era of continuous innovation of science and technology and alterant concepts towards value and taste, innovative products rapidly change people’s life style and promote the life quality. Because of its own characteristic, the supply chain management of innovative products is different from common products, thus applying the same chain management mode may lead to disaster to enterprises.Firstly, this paper introduce basic theory of supply chain management and its relation between innovative products. Secondly, demonstrate the theory of innovative products supply chain management. Thirdly, create structure and optimize strategy of innovative products supply chain. In the end, give a case of Obermeyer enterprises to explain the key to innovative products supply chain management.Strategic-level supply chain management acclimate to economy globalization. Only Enterprises with innovative products know its characteristic, create high-quality and efficient supply chain, and make scientific management, can they receive a lot and survive fierce competion in the market.
