Abstract


The building and development of Socialist Market Economy has had an important effect on our college students. But college students have some Problems in their civil consciousness and there is a great distance to their roles that they will play in the future. Under new circumstances,it is an urgent task for the ideological and political education to cultivate college students to have rational, voluntary and modern civil consciousness so as to adapt themselves to the modern market economy, This article esplains the relationship of socialist market economy and college students civil consciowness on the basis of callege students’ civil consciousness in our country .Finally, the author points out some ways of how to cultivate college students’ civil consciousness.
