Abstract


The so-called economic diplomacy is the foreign policy and behavior by the sovereign states and their representative bodies or persons in order to achieve its economic goals or economic means to achieve non-economic objectives taken. The need for China to carry out economic diplomacy after the Cold War, the new needs of the new changes in the international situation and domestic development; existing basis of a favorable international environment and domestic development of China's economic diplomacy in the possibility. China's economic diplomacy in the post-Cold War to maintain and expand their economic and political, security interests and the promotion of regional and world peace, stability and development as the overarching goal, adhere to national interests, equality and mutual benefit, common development and prosperity and cooperation and the interests of various principle, to focus on the expansion of foreign trade, attract foreign investment and participation in regional economic cooperation, expand foreign investment, to carry out the international monetary and financial cooperation and external assistance has made positive efforts. During which Chinese economic diplomacy with the United States, the ASEAN regional economic cooperation in diplomacy and diplomatic efforts seeking membership is particularly prominent focus reflects the distinctive characteristics of China's economic diplomacy in the post-Cold War and outstanding achievements. China's economy in the post-Cold War diplomacy achieved rich results and outstanding achievements in domestic economic development, to carry out friendly exchanges to create has a favorable international environment, and safeguarding and promoting regional and world peace, stability and development has played a positive effect. This article is divided into four chapters, as the main research content in China in the post-Cold War economic and diplomatic practice, on the basis of analysis of the basic content of the theoretical basis of economic diplomacy and economic diplomacy in the first chapter, Chapters II and III of the China's economic diplomacy in the post-Cold War development process is divided into three stages were focused on analysis, and choose the economic diplomacy of the United States, the ASEAN regional economic cooperation of Foreign Affairs and the diplomatic efforts seeking membership three cases from bilateral, regional and multilateral angle made further investigation and analysis, the post-Cold War economic diplomacy with a more comprehensive understanding and grasp. In the fourth chapter of the role and impact of China's economic diplomacy in the post-Cold War mainly from the positive aspects analyzed in the last of its made a brief summary and outlook, and a simple analysis of China's economic diplomacy in the post-Cold War constraints and factors influencing the challenges they face.
