Abstract


Self-efficacy and internal motivation as a non- intellectual factors , people's behavior is a powerful operating activities inherent strength in the control and regulation of behavior has an extremely important role , but also affect student learning and achievement of an important link between the student's progress and development. For a long time , China's sports teaching ignore the students' self- efficacy, intrinsic motivation and other non- intellectual factors . In order to further improve the quality of physical education , many sports teachers and researchers are beginning to focus students' non- intellectual factors . Based on self-efficacy and internal motivation significant impact on student learning , the paper through the Survival Training teaching experiment , how it affects their self-efficacy levels of students , internal motivation levels were studied and explored , so as to better improve students' sports learning to help. In view of this study , based on a large number of references to East China Normal University , Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai University of Finance and some of the students as the research object , using questionnaires, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics method , study participants Survival Training for Students self-efficacy , internal motivation. Through research, this paper obtained the following aspects of the conclusions: 1. Compared with conventional physical education , to participate in field survival training can significantly improve students' self-efficacy levels . 2 . Survival Training While participating in sports students and ordinary students ' self-efficacy levels have improved , but the increase rate was significantly different .
