Abstract


The huge number of ancient China notes literature , is an important document to study food culture can not be ignored . Song notes diet rich cultural historical content , a large number , high credibility , but the characteristics of the decision of the laptop itself contained food culture historical distribution has a \and valuable literature researchers do not easily cross the barrier , one hundred kinds of notes in Song Dynasty Food Culture historical data identification, classification, collation and cataloging . The combination of classical philology and the Song Dynasty Food Culture , hoping to build a bridge between so researchers retrieved ancient food culture and effective use of the Song notes .
