Abstract


Since the founding, due to the traditional school sports form and competitive sports teaching thinking, our PE curriculum obsolete forms stiff, assessment content and scoring criteria are less reasonable, in the teaching process because of one-sided emphasis on sports technology transfer learning and skills increase, ignoring students 'individual needs and personal interests, lack of enthusiasm and initiative of students training exercise, resulting in many students, \Therefore, creating a new situation in school sports, school sports teaching reform forms, enrich campus sports culture and to cultivate physical and mental health of high-quality talent, has become a new era of reform school sports is an important topic. In this study, a review of the literature and visits short survey on the analysis of school sports history and at the same time there is a problem at this stage, drawing on the useful experience of foreign universities sports, proposed to convert the traditional college sports college sports club form, is in line with our school sports demands for reform, and it was accepted by the community college and a more rational and sustainable development of school sports form. But also the completion of the current college sports task to achieve the purpose of college physical education effectively guaranteed. In the socialist market economic system, the use of college sports club management system and operation mechanism, take the road of market-oriented, and actively develop college sports industry, but also with the world trends in college sports. This thesis discusses the status of university sports clubs, nature, characteristics and existence value, by improving the organizational structure of university sports clubs and operational measures, and on this basis, trying to build alliances university sports clubs, to solve our country Sports Clubs exist some problems. Further expand the club functions, play club pattern advantages to achieve resource sharing, promote exchange and mutual cooperation and common purpose to improve, to make the club functioning virtuous cycle, which may well be the reform of China's college sports provide a good strategy. This study systematically explore relevant issues of university sports clubs, the club's organizational structure, operating characteristics and other aspects of the discussion is still superficial, college sports programs for domestic and foreign forms of literature collection is also incomplete. Sports Club has yet to be the subject of teaching practice in the future to do more with the theoretical discussion in depth research.
