Abstract


This study on the adaptation theory and human's socialization theory, through the survey of 1227 city residents of hangzhou, describes the current basic situation of comprehensive vocational adaptation level of urban residents, and using advanced statistical methods to analyze the factors influencing the vocational adaptation level of urban residents at present stage. Studies have found that urban residents professional comprehensive adaptation level is higher. From urban residents' personal background factors and its analysis of the relevant of the vocational adaptation level, urban residents' social capital, the competition ability and vocational adaptability have strong correlation. And from the vocational adaptation level of urban residents multivariate regression analysis results, factors influencing the vocational adaptation level of urban residents are: whether my political outlook and diligent senior, intermediate title, the title, mother the general duties and social network size the six variables. Through the above analysis and discussion, the author built a preliminary analysis about urban professional adaptability, trying to interpret the ascribed factors basic social classes (background), result (competitiveness), social support network, social capital's influence on the vocational adaptation level relationship. The author thinks that: contrast, urban competition ability impact on their professional adaptability is stronger.
