Abstract


In recent years, more and more by the playback type steering operation of the content-based access, retrieval, and interactive multimedia applications showing trends. Wherein the rapid transmission of video media on the network is a the problem basic one of these studies. The video is one of the most abundant type of form and content in a variety of media, but video rich information content in unstructured video data and the cost of a huge amount of data. The media network transmission speed in the rapid increase in Internet bandwidth, after all, so how to effectively extract the contents of users interested in video media, as a quick search, filter the push focus is one of the key. In this paper, based on the analysis of structured video, video content, in-depth study video summary generation technology, the main work is as follows: 1, to study the text detection method. On the basis of the analysis of the subtitle frame feature existing subtitle frame detection algorithm for analysis, comparison, a subtitle frame detection algorithm. Measured subtitles frame as an important element of establishing a video indexing, as generate thumbnail video basis. 2 to study the method of the effective video structure. In this paper, the effective video shot segmentation method, effective video and is divided into the basic units of lens units, and extracted representatives on behalf of a shot frame, generated as a video summary of the basic elements.
