Abstract

In shield tunnel segment joint plays a very important role in this paper, the shield tunnel segment joints conducted in-depth research and analysis . First, more commonly used in the international and emerging in the form of a variety of shield segment joints , and analysis of the various factors that affect joint stiffness , environment, the application of the various joints in the form of power transmission performance , contribution deformation control construction ease of a more detailed analysis and comparison , preliminary select shield tunnel segment joints form of recommendations . Then the commercial finite element software commonly used in joint form a numerical simulation . Joints in different force combined effect of deformation process research , has been the law of joint stiffness with load changes . Subsequently . Joint stiffness in the lining deformation of the entire ring a preliminary study of the model experiments , model experimental tunnel ring deformation characteristics under concentrated loads , as well as its stiffness efficiency , observe the joint stiffness of the pipe piece the ring stiffness of the role played by the efficiency , and the results of the experiment and the theory of structural mechanics calculation compared . Finally, the the homogeneous ring model and elastic hinge model to take advantage of some of the actual measurement tunnel the convergence data anti Well the stiffness of the structure efficiency and bending stiffness of the joints , the values ??recommended .
