Abstract


Background: Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease . But so far , its pathogenesis remains unclear . Hypertension occurred involving a variety of factors , pathophysiology is very complicated. Recently , the relationship between hypertension and inflammation increasing attention and become a hot research . Preliminary studies have shown that CRP is the inflammatory process has iconic factor ; between ICAM -1 -mediated leukocyte and endothelial cell adhesion processes , is an important factor to reflect the vascular injury , inflammation of the endothelial cells : the of sCD 40 L in recent years found new inflammatory cytokines , important signaling pathways involved in the inflammatory process is rarely used in hypertension research . Therefore, we have chosen the hs -CPR , ICAM -1 and sCD 40 L monitoring indicators as inflammation , changes observed in patients with hypertension inflammatory factors , and to explore the relationship between high blood pressure and inflammation . At the same time , the study confirmed that the main role of the RAS system substance angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) can cause elevated inflammatory factors lead to vascular inflammation . Some studies also suggest that angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) there may be a certain anti-inflammatory effects , as the latest ARB olmesartan whether in effective blood pressure at the same time , has anti-inflammatory role , has not been fully elucidated . Accordingly, we have done research in this area . Purpose : The purpose of this study are : ( 1) relatively light between moderate hypertensive patients with normal serum inflammatory markers hs-CRP , ICAM -1 , of sCD 40 L concentration changes observed in patients with hypertension inflammatory factors in order to explore the relationship between high blood pressure and inflammation .
