Abstract


Background Breast cancer is a common female malignancy , and its incidence has been located in Western Europe and North America , the first female malignancy , and showed an increasing trend . Female malignant tumors located in the country has the second place , the growing cause for concern . With the concern of breast cancer as well as large-scale census activities , an increasing number of early breast cancer is found . Treatment of early breast cancer with surgery, along with the development of radiation therapy instead of the traditional radical mastectomy , breast-conserving surgery . Radiation therapy is an important part of security after BCT treatment can significantly reduce the rate of local recurrence , but mammary past half - beam the tangential irradiation technology caused heart and lung damage (especially the left breast merger application anthracene ring class drugs) radiotherapy produced nipple reactions beauty masks radiotherapy benefits . How to reduce the radiotherapy center , by the amount of lung and nipple after breast-conserving radiotherapy research hotspot .
