Abstract


Rate control is one of the core technology in the multimedia video transmission can not be predicted , especially in the wireless network transmission in bandwidth , packet loss rate , susceptible to noise interference and other adverse conditions , rate control on the quality of multimedia transmission plays decisive role. This paper first analyzes the key technology of H.264 video coding standard to be analyzed at the same time, the key link rate control , including DCT transform MAD prediction and adjustment of the buffer . The quantization parameter (QP) is an important parameter of the encoding process , the setting of this parameter determines the encoding of the image quality . QP is based on the MAD value calculation of the linear prediction , the conventional linear prediction only consider the current macro-block with an identical position of encoded macroblocks relationship , ignoring the correlation of neighboring macro blocks , reducing MAD's accuracy , thus affecting the quality of the encoding of the image . Proceed from the technical deficiencies , from the perspective of spatial correlation between the coded frame , predicted based on the degree of image complexity of MAD weighted bit rate control program , and consider the DCT transform coefficients according to the characteristics of the forward predictive coding , and the degree of image complexity of the relationship , and to be coded frame 's position in the image sequence , bit allocation encoding for the current frame . Finally, based on DM642 RF5 framework transplant X.264, some key code optimization , that comes with the CCS compiler optimization options to improve the processing speed of the encoder on the basis of the original .
