Abstract


Professor Michael Porter of the total cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy has its own advantages , whether the combination of these two strategies to help companies achieve sustainable competitive advantage . From the total cost REVIEW Potter leadership strategy and differentiation strategy paper briefly summarizes the meaning of these two strategies , the scope of application , as well as their respective advantages . One strategy alone , and then in the second chapter analyzes the problems that may be encountered in the current economic environment , and use it as an opportunity to expound the significance of the implementation of these two strategic combination . The third chapter other scholars support the feasibility of the strategic combination of a theoretical model , but also pointed out that oversimplified model and elements of variables make it difficult to accurately measure the guiding role of the practice is also questionable , and raised in the real world the existence of a large number of cases successfully achieve this strategic combination .
