Abstract


Property Management in China's development time is short , is a new area of ??research . Reality , the legislation and the main legal awareness is yet to be improved , property management problems and disputes are endless . Property Management legal relationship involving multi-party owners , owners' meetings , property management companies , the relationship is complex . The most important legal form of legal relationship of property management property services contract . The object of study of this article is the property services contract . The first part of this article provides an overview of the property services contract . That part first define the basic concepts involved in property services contract to establish a basis for later discussion . Re- analysis of the type of property services contract , as well as the characteristics and nature of the property services contract . Through similar civil contract and all kinds of comparative analysis , the property services contract is a new type of civil contract .
