This article after the implementation of the joint-stock reform of state-owned banks, depositors deposit security as the starting point, in-depth analysis of the various risks after the restructuring of the state-owned banks may deposit security, as well as some problems at this stage the deposit protection system in China , and put forward the own improvements views. The restructuring of the four major state banks, China's current economic hot spots, but also about the banking sector development of our future plans. However, in the study of this problem, few look involves reforms may bring the problem of the safety of deposits and depositors protection issues. As we all know, the four state-owned Bank of China's banking giant, a monopoly on the vast majority of our financial resources. Present in their view the status and operating conditions, people worry that they will close down, nobody worried depositors deposits will come to naught. In fact, this analysis have come to the conclusion this article is similar, but our task is to find out which support the theory. In fact, the four state-owned banks are very ill, leave the state financial support, and rely on a steady stream of Chinese Residents national credit deposits, they went barely. China's banking sector is not peaceful, frequent local financial institutions to small and medium-sized deposit, deposit trust has a crisis, in order to seek more secure deposit protection, the ordinary resident deposits growing to large state-owned bank of central tendency, which is equal to depositor protection issues will solve the pressure to push the central government by local. So, we believe overwhelmed by the central government on the restructuring of state-owned banks at the same time, can not ignore the problem of depositor protection. Stock reform of state-owned banks, not on behalf of the national credit immediately exit, but in the long run, must be considered in the future after the joint-stock reform of state-owned banks, depositor protection issues to make institutional arrangements. The paper is divided into four sections discuss. The first part mainly introduces the depositor for the importance of the banking sector, leads to why this proposition is to protect depositors; second part is mainly experienced in China's banking reform process and the safety of deposits escalating evolution, as well as the four state-owned banks reform measures. The third part, the analysis of state-owned banks, joint-stock reform measures controversy and state-owned banks of stubborn and disadvantages, and discuss these problems may be to deposit security risk. The fourth part, the main discussion, such as in China after building a system of financial safety net to cope with China's banking market transformation initiatives and arrangements for such a system to better protect the interests of our depositors, maintaining banking stability promote faster and better development by China's financial industry.
