Abstract


With the advent of the knowledge-based economy , knowledge has become another factor of production after following the land, labor and capital . Knowledge management can help enterprises to promote innovation , and enable enterprises to better adapt to the market in an invincible position in the competition . In this paper, the specification analysis supplemented by a large number of examples and comparison , contingency knowledge management mode . Enterprises during the knowledge management should first select management model suited to their own conditions and promote individual knowledge of specific employees sublimation as organizational knowledge . Knowledge management mode is selected , the enterprises should examine the impact of knowledge management system for knowledge innovation and knowledge innovation management methods to promote the innovation of personal knowledge , to lay the groundwork for the next round of organizational knowledge creation , the formation of knowledge innovation benign cycle , in order to facilitate the long-term interests of the enterprise .
