Abstract


In this paper, the theory and empirical analysis , comparative analysis , from the point of view of regional economic cooperation analysis of change in the status of Hong Kong in the process of regional economic cooperation of CEPA to bring new advantages , CEPA and China in regional economic cooperation effect of Hong Kong due role in regional economic cooperation , focusing on the positioning of Hong Kong in China 's regional cooperation : Hong Kong, responsible for the traditional commerce platform , the financing market , investment intermediaries and function , the signing of CEPA to Port brings new advantages , although , with the deepening of regional cooperation , the status of Hong Kong is also subject to certain challenges , but Hong Kong 's strategic position will not change in the next period of time , continue to bear the regional integration to promote China and its neighboring process , improve the critical role of regional economic cooperation strategy is an important step in China 's regional cooperation strategy . In addition, as an open and free port , the lack of separate and other countries ( regions ) chips to carry out regional economic cooperation Therefore, Hong Kong should be relying on CEPA, give full play to the CEPA bring new advantages in strengthening the economic integration with the mainland on the basis of to promote regional cooperation with neighboring countries , the real play an important role in regional economic cooperation strategy and reap the benefits .
