Abstract


People-oriented is the core of the scientific concept of development , the inheritance and development of Marxist thinking about the overall development of the people . Social development of people-oriented concept sublation of the traditional concept of social development , is based from the object to the transformation of people based . Present, with profound changes in the economic system , social structure is a profound change in the pattern of interests profound adjustment ideas, profound changes , China 's economic and social development is at a new historical period , this period is the golden period of development , is also a prominent contradictions , both bring important opportunities for development , are also facing serious challenges . Experience has shown that , to insist on what kind of development philosophy , will have a significant impact on a country 's development , and different concept of development often lead to different results . China is a socialist country , we should insist must also adhere to the people-oriented concept of social development , to achieve a comprehensive , coordinated and sustainable development . The third part of the use of Marxist basic principles of human development and historical materialism , deep analysis of the reasons for the lack of people-oriented concept in the social construction . Part IV for missing people-oriented concept , put forward we have to adhere to the people- oriented concept of social development as guidance , to further consolidate the basis of social development ; promote income distribution system ; establishment of a sound social basic public service system ; accelerate the development of science and culture , promote comprehensive economic and social development .
