Abstract


MNCs produce one hundred years, especially after World War II was an unprecedented development , almost all over the world, to become a global phenomenon . It plays an important role in economic and social and hugged push the world economy into the future integration and globalization . As a developing and responsible big country, China needs its own multinationals , which is not only economic globalization and the development trend of world economic integration forced , it is China 's economic development and the inevitable trend of the column powers . In view of Chinese enterprises \The paper first large-scale multinational enterprises on China's current situation and a detailed analysis of the problems , and then propose appropriate measures - to participate in international strategic alliances , especially knowledge-based international strategic alliances and hope for our large multinational enterprises to provide some reference.
