Researching the financing means of Chinese M&A market is increasingly relevant. Around the financing means selection, this paper discussed about the use of current financing means, existing problems, the reasons for these problems, and solutions for financing means selection in Chinese M&A activities. The findings of this paper are as follows: Chinese financing tools are still comparatively simple, a lot of conventional tools such as transferable bonds, LBO, MBO, and ESOP could not be reasonably used in the China market;The selection sequence of financing means is seriously unbalanced, most Chinese purchasers only depend on it’ s internal funds, and external financing means are rarely used, and comprehensive financing means are also rarely used. According to above discussion, The paper gives suggestions about changes to government controls, related policies, stated stock circulation, capital markets, professional services market , financing tool perfection, and the financing means selection. These are very important for Chinese enterprises to select proper financing means in M&A market.
