Abstract


In response to globalization brings new risks and challenges, countries are trying to strengthen their respective districts of the regional integration process, some of them through the establishment of new regional alliances to promote and make the original Alliance play their role more fully. In the European Union to strengthen its own union, while each of the other regional organizations to be outdone, which is mainly reflected in the Latin American countries, trade groups, NAFTA and ASEAN's establishment. The Economic and Monetary Community of Central African integration process is carried out in such an atmosphere up. This thesis is mainly related to the contents of the \CEMAC is the Central African Economic and Monetary Community for short. The community was founded in March 16, 1994, replacing the original African Customs community. It consists of six countries in the region: Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea and Chad. Also included in the area near the Community on the sidelines of a national Sao Tome and Principe. In this situation it ushered in the next series of questions: In this process, the Community will face the difficulties and limitations? Where it also will develop? In this process, on the one hand we need to verify the validity of the existing mechanisms, on the other hand also of the successful work of the local community.
