Abstract

Poverty is a global, long-term, realistic, and global issues. Since reform and opening, China's anti-poverty action has made remarkable achievements. However, in a wide variety of anti-poverty practice, people pay more attention to administrative and economic means, while the lack of awareness of the importance of legal means; more that poverty is a natural economic phenomenon, while ignoring the law roots exist, ignore the law's role in poverty. The reflection of poverty is not only a social crisis, ecological crisis, or an economic crisis. And social crisis corresponds to labor law and social security law, and the economic crisis is the corresponding law, and ecological crisis should be corresponding environmental law; therefore, must be successfully resolved the problem of poverty through labor law, social security law , economic law, environmental law, the legal system and its reflection and reconstruction of sincere cooperation between them can be achieved. But this article mainly from the perspective of economic law, revealing the formation mechanism of poverty and the emergence and development of economic law on the principle of consistency.
